Or maybe you’re trying to fight the void by denying yourself food. But it won’t change anything – the void still remains.

Now, I’m not going to tell you “when I can do it, you can do it“. Each and every healing journey is individual and it really requires a lot of effort to dissolve your emotional hunger.
There’s one thing I can tell you though: many of my clients ended their struggles with food – even though they hadn’t even deemed it possible.
My unique approach helped them on their journey: It combines my profound academic knowledge as a psychologist with lived spirituality. A spirituality that has nothing to do with esotericism or fake science.
These two crucial elements allow my clients to gradually get in touch with their true self, discover their needs and how to nourish them without reaching for food.

Having suffered from disordered eating for a long time, I am well aware of all the feelings linked to emotional hunger. I also know that emotional hunger can create a lot of pain and how difficult it is to break the vicious cycle that is caused by it.
